  • I recently flew from my home in Washington state to Phoenix and bought a BMW Z4 sight unseen. I had it checked out by a reputable mechanic in Chandler before buying it so I knew it needed a few things. I bought the car and spent the night in Scottsdale before beginning the 1500 mile drive home the next day. The car needed an oil change and more significant repair to the drive belt tensioner, and I really wanted to have these things taken care of before heading across the desert. I called the mechanic that did the pre-purchase inspection and asked him to recommend someone in Scottsdale that he'd trust to work on the car. Without hesitation he said call Greg at Ultimate Auto Works. I called Ultimate Auto Works and explained my situation. With 30 minutes notice they rearranged their schedule to get me in and had me on the road before noon! They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and reasonable with the charges. Great folks!
