Very unhappy with the service department. We purchased a new 2016 GL550 in 2016. All services have been performed by or through Mercedes. Last month we had some paint work that was covered by warranty. Took it to Schumacher who sent the car somewhere to be fixed. Three(3) weeks later we got the car back and it looked like a party had gone on in the back. The key fob was damaged, things were moved, but Schumacher denied responsibility. We went on a cross country trip during which we had light and signal failures. Took the car to the local Mercedes service where we were told that it wasn't covered by warranty. When we called Schumacher and spoke to the service manager, Aurel Bobesku,we were basically told that it is not their problem. Schumacher is pointing fingers at everyone else. Over$100k for a car, but the dealership will bear no responsibility. Too bad.
