Purchased 3 pieces appliances after searching online. In general appliances customer service was good but the nightmare started with the XPO third parties delivery which I suggest this store find another party. Such a careless person they sent. 3 people could not do the job properly. They left few black marks on my wall, scratch my rail, scratch the dryer and damages the washer pan. And still asking me to give them good review when they did not apology, moreover told me just use the washer anyway. The XPO never respond even I wrote the damage on the delivery paper and seemed don't bother with Lowes claim. Finally after almost 2 months they sent 2 great guy Adrian and Oscar who fixed the problem.
