  • I did not expect to give this place 4 stars. It almost got 5 but they have a rule that cannot allow me to give 5 stars. Besides my issue, I would have given it 5 stars. Anyway I planned on having my sons 11th birthday day for a month here. I didn't read reviews til the night before and I was almost scared to go. Anyway with all the guest being so unsure of their attendance until last minute, I called the day of the party because I planned on just having everyone jump and play and doing and cakes and presents at my house afterwards. I called to make sure 15-20 people could just show up and jump and 10-15 actively jump. They said they had a table from 4-6. I said I got my people showing up at 3. They said we will wave the $40 table rental. Cool! Don't really need one anyway but since I can get a table let's have the cake at jumpstreet. They said no problem. We can store it til you're ready to eat. Cool! We all get there same day at 3 and the table ended up being ready. For 11 kids to jump and 1 adult it was just under $200. I bring some little Caesar pizza in and start feeding about 20 people. They came and said you can't have anything but sardellas pizza. Oops. I didn't know that. I saw people eating pizza, cake and ice cream when I was there so I assumed if you had a party you could bring your own food. Especially since they said they would store my cake and whatnot. Anyway i spoke to a manager since my party was already eating. They would not budge. But I stalled them long enough that my family scarfed down 3 and a half out of 5 pizzas in under 10 minutes lol. Because of that they gave me a $60 refund which was cool. I wasn't even asking for money, I just wanted to eat our pizza. So overall great experience. Here's where they lose a star tho.... In the 4 and under area, the parents are not allowed to be with their baby! My baby is 19 months. He has never been on a giant trampoline and when he ran out there he fell rather quickly. I went over to make sure he was ok, he was, but he was disoriented and I wanted to just be with my baby and they lady told me there no adults allowed. I can understand no big kids jumping around going crazy but i should be able to be with my baby. Even the slide thing. My baby can't really get up the slide by himself I went to go up with him and the lady watching the baby area said I can't go up there to help my baby. I said he doesn't know how to get up by himself. Are you gonna take him up?? She actually did take him up and it took her like 4 minutes. Meanwhile, she's taking my ONE baby up the slide and nobody on her post watching the other 20 toddlers lol but whatever. That's why they lost a star. Other than that my son loved it and his cousins wanna have their party there
