  • I recently had my Acura repaired at this facility. Upon arriving at the shop, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome by Melissa at the front desk. I was promptly introduced to my service representative, Rodney Archuleta. Rodney did a careful inspection of damages to the vehicle, and explained repair procedures and the length of time needed to complete the work. Upon arrival at my home, there was already an e-mail providing full details of the needed repairs and a cost estimate. Rodney had also contacted my insurance representative and had obtained permission to proceed with the repairs. I was kept updated about the progress of repairs by telephone and e-mail. The vehicle was ready for pickup on the day and at the time promised. Repairs were completed to perfection. The facility also provides you with a written guarantee of their work.
