I've read all the negative reviews and agree with a lot but I'm a optimist
They still offer good customer service.
The line ups do take forever especially when there are 2 tellers but they r friendly and it's not their fault incompetent patrons can't go to the machine. They can't tell them to use a machine after that customer waited for 15 minutes too.
Rates --- all TD rates are the same ..... if u don't like them there are other banks and lenders..... TD is a business and they aren't there to cater to ur every need. They lend u money. U don't like the rate go somewhere else
I do go there here and there and I expect to wait which is sad and annoying and frustrating as hell but at the end of the day me yelling at a teller who can't control how many people should be working isn't fair.
Maybe instead of going on yelp and criticizing and whining. Do the proper thing that will actually make change and that is:
1. Talk to a manager
2. Email a manager
3. Email or call head office
Yelp only makes YOU feel better. It doesn't SOLVE the problem
I have written and emailed TD bank before and have seen some change at that location however not a lot of change
At the end of the day the tellers and people that do work at their branch are very friendly and work hard for you. So 4/5 goes to them
