They start off great. Oh yes, we can come see you around your schedule for the sales pitch. Oh yes, we do everything on the list. Oh yes, we'll come back and reclean.
The first couple of times they were good - complete, on time all that. BUT when I complained about them missing a spider web large enough to hold an avacado AND not vacuming between furniture AND not moving chairs to mop FOR FOUR WEEKS - nothing. They sent someone out to re-clean and that person wouldn't even listen to my husband when he offered to show them what needed to be done. "Nope, I have my list I don't need you". And guess what? Wasn't done.
When I complained AGAIN and asked the owner to come out so I could SHOW her what was not done, she seemed to think that wasn't needed. Now how is it if she couldn't understand the first time, she would understand the second time? She (grudgingly) agreed to come out before I left for work (seems we can't do follow ups in the evening). HOWEVER what I got was a b-tchy email that 'we only come out between 9 and 1pm'.
Needless to say, my response was to cancel the service, demand my key back and congratulate them on having so much business they didn't need to service existing customers.
AVOID THE CHARLOTTE OFFICE!!!!
