| - Believe me, I've had my share (probably more than my share) of the eat-'til-you-explode places like Studio B and overall, I always leave telling myself the same thing..."I ate so much I feel sick, I'll never do this again...AND THIS TIME I MEAN IT!" ....sigh.
Anyway, we decided to stop here after going to the Seven Magic Mountains because it was close and it was convenient. The space is huge and there are huge amounts of food from many different cultures...American, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Indian, Multi-asian etc, etc...there was even pok'e, although it didn't look very fresh so I didn't want to go near that. The problem is, it's definitely quantity over quality. It was like traveling around the globe and eating at food courts, the food being average at best. Not horrible, but also not great, just OK. With that much food to maintain, it wasn't surprising that many of the dishes were dried out, even the prime rib was dry, ugh.
The highlight was not the main dishes but the desserts, those were pretty good. I probably would've been happier to eat nothing but desserts and multiple glasses of the beer (that's included with the price.) Or even just a few desserts and a whole bunch of beer...that would've been a better combination me thinks. Oh well, live and learn.
