  • I've been meaning to do this for at least 6 months now but I just got off the phone to do my first exchange with Old Navy and was reminded how impressed I was at their return/exchange policy. I've never ever had any hassle when returning unwanted, unused items. The last time i was in the store to do a return, the cashier was super understanding and friendly. This time with my exchange on the line, same thing with this gentleman. Keep up the good work Old Navy. IMO, it's hard to find customer service like this these days.
