  • This office is on the campus of the Las Vegas Outlet Mall. The staff is cold, rude, and uncommunicative. I filled out the waybill and used the plastic envelope. Then, received a lecture from the clerk on not using it unless I was depositing into a drop off box. A chilled clerk typed away, handed me a receipt with nothing to say. So, I wandered out, befuddled by the treatment I received. I'm gonna find another office. I won't use this one again. They make it a chore.
