  • DO NOT USE! They are a referral service that will send you a technician, charge you $60 and do absolutely nothing. Our "technician" couldn't find a problem but said if our oven stopped working again the diagnostic fee ($60) would be put towards our repair in the future. Well less than a month later the oven stops working again (same problem as before) and when we call to have the technician come out to repair, he says he will only do so if we agree to another $60 fee that won't go towards the repair. He was extremely rude and demeaning. If you try and contact this company about their technician, they transfer you to a "manager" which is simply a voicemail box for complaints and you won't get a response. Spend you money on a real appliance repair company!
