  • The owner of this company is incredibly unprofessional and will make promises over the phone that he has no intention of keeping just to get any type of initial payment. His name is Dane and in our initial conversation just last week I was very clear about what I needed done at my home; that being 3 bushes trimmed as well as a tree. Dane agreed to do this work for $75 today 7/18/16. However, when his employee came to my home the only thing he trimmed were 2 tree branches. I notified Dane, by text as is his preferred means of communication, that I was unhappy with the job due to the fact that our agreement had been 3 bushes as well as the tree. Dane then said to me that the worker would come back to finish the job, however he would not trim the tree in regard to branches higher than 10'. Something he hadn't mentioned during our initial conversation and agreement. That didn't bother me though, since I stand at 5' 4", and the limbs that I wanted trimmed were ones that I could easily touch at my height. It's important to mention here that I was very clear with Dane that I wanted this tree trimmed as much as possible when we'd spoken. His worker did come back, and he trimmed 2 of the three bushes and an additional limb from the tree. I let Dane know that unfortunately I would not be able to do business with him going forward on a regular monthly basis as was my initial intention due to the fact that despite the second trip he still did not honor his commitment to me as a customer. To this he replied, and I quote specifically, "Great we did more than you payed for" This person is not a professional business owner who respects either new customers or potential long term customers. I paid what we'd agreed to and he offered me nothing but excuses as to why he wouldn't honor his commitment to me and then he disrespected me further by backtracking on our agreed payment for service. I do NOT recommend this company. You will NOT get what you pay for. And you will NOT receive the service that Dane agrees to do for you. There are far more reputable companies and I find it very unfortunate for me as a customer to have given someone an agreed upon amount (75.00) in full only to not have received the service that was agreed upon for that price even after two trips by his company. The lack of professionalism he then proceeded to display was insult to injury. This company is a complete ripoff. #BEWARE!!
