  • This place is a JOKE when it comes to customer service and legitimate pest control. Go local. We had them come out TWO times for an outdoor ant problem, and then the ants ended up getting into the house over the weekend. Oh- but on weekends, they have "limited availability," and direct your calls to a call center in Memphis, so there is literally NO contingency plans for emergencies and NO direct call line for a Vegas office. I ended up calling Surefire Pest Control, a local company, and they were here within an hour to take care of the ant issue. Never again. Such a joke.
