  • In my younger days I was an HVAC service technician and installer, so I have an idea how HVAC stalls and service should go. I contacted Benefit Air through a referral from a friend, and I could not be happier with the quality and pricing when they replaced my old and failing 3-ton split system with an 18 SEER system. The crew was timely, informative, courteous and professional. The work was quality, and although the unit hasn't been run through the heat of a Phoenix killer summer yet, I can say that it runs perfectly! I strongly recommend Benefit Air. I noticed a few "negative" comments in the reviews, and I can only say that I was not treated poorly or hit with any high-pitched sales talks.
