  • Worst experience ever! I paid cash at check out, and they still charged my debit/credit card for the full amount. Spoke to the night time auditor and was told my card would be credited. After 7 business days the money still was not back in my account. Called several times to address the issue in which no one seemed to be aware of (conveniently) and was told they would have the general manager review the surveillance video during my time of check out and contact me over the weekend. That didn't happen. After calling numerous times on Monday I was told the manager was in a meeting (conveniently for 4 hours) I was then told to fax the receipt which I no longer had because they told me my account would be credited the first time I called. They've yet to review surveillance to see what happened to the cash I paid with& also proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have paid cash at check out because there was no one working the desk between 10&11am??? Since when is there not front desk people at a hotel during regular check out hours?? & who exactly was behind the desk that took my money as if they worked there? These people are thieves and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a police report seeing they refuse to look into this further. Save yourself the hassle of this place!
