  • I tried to make an appointment for my son's first haircut. The lady on the phone was rude! They are out of certificates, so she told me I would have to come back a 2nd time to complete the package I was going to pay for. I asked if they could just mail it to me. Nope. Ty but I believe in good customer service and will take my son and money else where!
