  • I would not recommend this place to anyone. My billing was all screwed up. I had been making payments ON TIME each month. I get notified VIA mail I had missed a payment. I had to do all the foot work going to the bank, getting copies and taking the stack of paperwork to Western Dental on 8392 W. Thunderbird Rd., peoia, Arizona. It took over three weeks to get resolved. My financial obligation was completely paid off and taken care of. I have not been back to Western Dental in a year. Last month I received a bill for $73.00. This month I received a bill for $73.00. I have tried over a dozen times to call so I can resolve this matter, as I don't owe anything. The phones are NEVER answered. I am on hold for well over 30 minutes each time without ever talking to anyone. Now, I have to be inconvenience in order to physically go to the building to resolve this issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT HEADACHES!!!
