  • 2/22/17 . I have been looking at some catalogs for a month on what i been deciding what to buy at pottery so me and my fiancee went to pottery barn at south park in charlotte nc, so we walk in to the store and i guess we were not treated as a usual customer since we were hispanic, nobody in the store welcomed us or asked us what we were looking for since they did not i tried talking to us i tried stopping a sales associate they did not even speak not even to tell me give me a second and i will help you or anything. We were so disappointed we did not get the help needed to buy our bed sheets comforters and kitchen accessories, the disappointment was big that we decided not to buy anything at the store. For me posting this lets me know they dont treat all as equal at this store. No professionalism and bad customer service i have ever had.
