| - Absolutely not happy with the service I received. Such a bummer since I could walk there from my house if I wanted.
I was quoted $79.99 for an alignment on the phone, even though I gave them the make and model of my car. When I arrived, I was quoted $99.99 for having a "premium car" at the counter. I had a $20 coupon. I shrugged it off, thinking I must have forgot what they really quoted me over the phone. Plus, everyone else charges around $79.99 and I didn't feel like driving anywhere else on a Monday morning.
On my itemized receipt, instead of charging me the supposed higher price for having a BMW and subtracting my coupon, Tucker said that he just charged me for their standard alignment, so it would be the same price as the premium alignment minus the coupon.
I came back home to my notes, and sure enough, they had quoted me $79.99. Since I was quoted $79.99 on the phone (even when I mentioned my car's make and model-I'm in the car sales business, so it's become a habit), and my receipt doesn't show a "premium car alignment", I feel like the employees at this company are being very dishonest. Who knows what else they're being dishonest about? I will never be trusting my car to or doing business with this company again, and will make sure to tell everyone about their dishonest practices. Hope that $20 was worth it, Greulich's!
Oh, did I mention...the job wasn't done correctly, the car had to be realigned.
