I didn't even know that Etsu existed when I joined a dinner-in-progress there late one Friday night. I quickly ordered (my default chirashi) before soaking in the decor. Although most of the lighting and furnishings screamed Ikea, minute details piqued interest. From everyone's unique chopstick holders to the various large paintings, much debate was sparked. At the end of a delicious and filling meal, we were even offered complimentary "homemade" ice cream in a variety of flavours.
