  • I wish I could give Royal Springs Rehab zero stars. This is not a rehab center it is a nursing home, DO NOT send your loved ones here for help to get better because they will not receive it! My grandmother recently fell and was sent to Royal Springs to regain mobility of her leg and arm. She laid in bed for almost two weeks with no rehab, waited 6 days with out a shower, my family had to help her brush her hair and teeth daily as staff would not. She waited over 2 hours past the time her medicine was suppose to be given often when she was suppose to be on a pain pill ever 4 hours she would wait 6-7hrs. She would press the call button and wait well over a reasonable about of time for help, night time is not staffed for nurses what so ever! Upon arrival my grandmother sat in a room in the dark for over an hour with out acknowledgment. My grandmother called me because she could not get a nurses attention, I proceeded to call the rehab center where they told me she had not yet arrived, she was sitting in the room!!! None of the staff is identifiable one of her nurses wore a piece of tape with her name on it! This is the worse place I've ever been, it's dirty, it's unclean and the staff is absolutely terrible !! I thank god we were able to move my grandmother. If you have any choice stay FAR away from Royal Springs, do not let the neighborhood and lobby fool you.
