  • Following my poor yelp review last week I received a call from Sanderson Lincoln. We had a rather long discussion about my complaint. Sanderson explained their position on tire selection and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. They also refunded me completely for 4 new tires.....which was a surprise to me. I appreciate their listening, their comments and their attention to one customer...restores my faith in car dealerships! Thank you, Sanderson Lincoln. I will be a loyal customer.
