  • I've been a customer, for many years, since it was called Pho Pat. Pat is Avina's father. Avina and her mother took over and did great things, but it's gone a bit downhill since they sold out. Today, I got 7 orders of spring rolls to go with extra peanut sauce. The rolls had less flavor and meat than in the past. The sauce used to be great. We dug in to find that it was watered down and just not good. I called them to let them know that there was an issue, and was told that was the "new recipe." I expressed my displeasure and hope they go back to the old recipe. There is no sense to cut corners at the expense of losing loyal customers. It saddens me to give a less than 5 star review, with my years of history. I originally was going to give them a 2, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they'll fix it, and restore the quality and guest experience provided by the past owners.
