I walked in earlier today because I saw a sign about a special on the new iPhone. There was a young lady working, she was standing in the middle of the store, and there was a gentleman working standing at the desk with a customer on the other side of the desk. She was the only other person besides the two employees. I asked where I could find the iPhone display. The female employee gestured over. I walked over and looked, and then asked if she could explain the special being advertised. She rolled her eyes, and with much attitude said "umm I was with her" and turned back around. I explained the orientation of where everyone was standing in order to reflect that there was no way l could have been expected to know that a person standing several feet away from a customer that is standing immediately in front of another employee is being helped by the person who appears to be free. I politely apologized, saying that I didn't realize I had interrupted, and left. Will never be back to this particular T-Mobile store, and given the other negative reviews, I'd urge others to stay away.
