  • I'm a big fan of Nekter and have been to several different locations. I have always had a great experience until I came to this location. The employees were just standing around and talking to each other. The line got so long that multiple customers walked in and immediately left without ordering. After 20 minutes, we finally got our 2 acaí bowls but they had run out of spoons! None of the employees knew where the extra spoons were so one had to go to AJ's to buy some. After all this hassle the employees didn't even provide an apology. They just laughed it off. The acaí bowls were subpar compared to the other locations I've been to. Most of the customers were making comments to each other about how bad the service was.
