I had a fantastic time at Diversity getting 3 piercings. The piercer was funny, the cashier was incredibly sweet, and it was quick and relatively painless. HOWEVER, the cashier realized she potentially over charged me for one of my piercings because of placement. She called me over as I was leaving to let me know and then called her manager (who was a female) to ask for advice on what to do. Instead of being helpful, I could hear her manager screaming at this poor girl about "Why would you tell the customer you overcharged her after she already paid?!" That's not okay. First of all, the cashier was literally just trying to be honest and correct a harmless mistake. The manager was 100% out of line. Especially because she went off on this poor girl and I could hear it. She was in tears when I left. That manager was completely in the wrong and I am horrified that she would treat an employee that way. That's why I've given Diversity 3 stars. Correct your management.
