This is based on 3 separate 1-night stays over 4 months.
Check-In: I usually arrive at 9:30 PM. Every time, I stood at the reception desk for good 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the office to greet me.
Parking: Free surface parking. But when the parking lot fills up and you have to park behind the hotel, you have to trek around the hotel to the front door to the lobby to check in. Not a fun stroll.
Room: Again, 3 separate rooms, and it got worse each time... The rooms are clean. There is a bathroom as well as a sink/vanity in the bedroom suite. A little awkward, but this really saved me because all the rooms smelled like sewage. I think it was coming from the bathroom as it did get a little better with the bathroom door closed (and the extra vanity came in really handy to avoid the bathroom) but it never fully went away. It was so bad last time that I vowed to myself to never return to this hotel ever again.
Breakfast: The set up is a little awkard, but overall, good quality food. The omlette chef is awesome! He is a very friendly and professional chef who makes the best and most presentable omlettes.
It really would be a typical 3-star hotel, but the unbearable smell of the sewer system takes away 2 stars.
