| - We were in town a few days ago to find a house, we're moving here from Orange County in a couple of weeks. I was so excited to know that I will have Whole Foods really close!
It's a nice store, like they all are. Good produce, good meat selection, all my regular favorites that I'm used to. Yay!
The only problem is that the customer service just didn't seem friendly to me. Excellent customer service is actually the reason I prefer WF to Sprouts and other places like that. The staff usually bends over backwards to help, and I am usually so impressed when I visit other stores. Visiting the Henderson location, however, I passed many team members who didn't say hello and make eye contact, just kept walking by. I also noticed a lot of them standing around chatting with each other. When I went up to the check out, the cashier didn't greet me. I had to say hello first. It's just a little disappointing when I'm so used to service being better in other locations.
We got prepared food to go, and my husband said he was disappointed in the quality of the breakfast bar. He said that he thought the items looked like they had been sitting a long time and didn't look fresh.
The meat counter guys who were there were very friendly, though, and so were the ladies at the sushi station.
I'll still shop here, and maybe on my next visit things will be different. Maybe just an off-day? I hope so!
