  • ***Express Flooring installed my carpet two years ago and it was the worse mistake of my life!!!! The carpet has bunched up and I called Express Flooring to have them repair it they sent a representative to my house to assess the problems I was having. A week later a guy by the name of Michael calls me back and says "yes we can fix the problem, but it's going to cost you $250.00!!!!!" I said to him "your representative told me it was a lifetime guarantee when I purchased the carpet what happened to that?" his response was "we don't do a lifetime guarantee when we lay carpet over Saltillo tile like we did at your house." (They said they could not cover the labor when they install carpet over Saltillo tile but yet they came out three other times and made repairs and now that I have to have more work done they are not willing to cover it at their expense). I said " I will never conduct business with you ever again and I will pass it on to all my friends that you guys are a bunch of crooks and you do not stand by your word. "Buyer beware" they will con you and say things to get you to buy their products their products are cheap I will never do business with them again they do not even deserve "one star" from me they deserve a kick in the ass!! They need to make a commercial saying "we will install your carpet and screw you over with a "NO LIFETIME WARRANTY" it's too bad that I'm not able to contact the owner of the company, I would give them an earful!!!
