  • The coaches: incredibly helpful, caring, and enthusiastic. They run through every step of the WOD before getting started, leaving time for questions and any type of critique that is needed to avoid injury. The space: the floors are clean and safe (not rips or hole in he rubber flooring). The children's area in a small place with lots of things to do for my 5 year old. She loves the movie player in there!! The equipment gets sanitized after every use and nothing in there in poor condition. The staff: All in all everyone there is friendly and helpful. If I have questions or anything I have never been afraid to ask because they are all so nice! The front desk even has crossfit gear for you to purchase! In summary I love this place!
