  • We were under a time crunch and ROW was the only company that would commit to getting my pool re-plastered within my time line. They not only got it done when I needed them to, but they started early and finished early as well. We had some concerns after the work was completed and after we paid them. I expected them to blow me off, but no, they addressed every concern that we had, in a timely fashion and they were very focused on communication and customer service. Everyone one I dealt with was pleasant and interested in helping. But for the fact that they didn't scrape the pool far enough down in some areas, i.e. near the popups, I would have given them 5 stars. Given my situation, I made a great pick with ROW Plastering. They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either and considering their responsiveness to my needs, I got a lot of bang for my buck. Thank you for taking care of your customer, ROW Custom Plastering.
