  • I called Centennial Emergency Room to check on wait time and if I should come in for my wedding rings to be cut off finger. My finger had been swollen over a day and I had tried everything. Operator recommended coming in. I was seen immediately by Monica who was very friendly and tried using the ring cutter to get my rings off. My ring is thicker than normal rings so that didn't work and they used surgery bolts instead. Another nurse Amberlynn came to help as well as a nurse with a pixie haircut who held my hand. This was the best treatment I have received and wanted to acknowledge the nurses who helped me. They showed empathy and I felt more like a family member than a patient. Thank you for all that you do you guys rock!!
