  • I have been shopping at Ulta's for years and lately the service has seemed to be not as good as it used to be. Before my last two visits I had an employee that was very helpful and I actually bought a skincare kit she recommended that I really like. She listened to what I described I needed/wanted and was very nice and helpful. But my last two visits were not as pleasant. The employee that I asked for help (for choosing a cosmetic) wasn't rude, she helped me but I felt like she was pushing me to make a choice that I wasn't really comfortable with the whole time while being helped. My very last visit was even worse. I felt attitude from two of the employees that were assisting me and again felt pressured to get something I was not interested in even after explaining why I was not interested. I honeslty will probably start going to a new location because I do not like feeling pressured to make purchases.
