Let me start by saying I have always had great service here but my last oil change on 4-07-15 they up sold me on a new battery. Very next day on the 8th my truck would not start. After two days of it being hit or miss I realized it was the battery and its loose connection. I came back a week later and showed them my problem and brought up the fact that the new battery was significantly smaller than my last battery. I was told that not the problem. The tighten the leads on the battery and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later the same problem and of not starting. Plus in the middle of the 2 weeks every time I turn off my truck I have to reset my clock. I call and ask to talk to a manager and leave my name and number with no return call. I drive back again where they tighten the leads yet again and tell me it's fixed. A day later the same issue again. I spend the next 3 weeks calling to talk to a manager who is never there and refuses to call me back. Now my dash lights are not all working, my AC won't kick on past 4, and a few other issues since this battery issue started. Yesterday I drove to the Jiffy Lube for yet the 4th time since all the trouble. Describe to yet an other employee what the problem is. They take time to look up my truck and tell me that this is the wrong battery and it doesn't come close to putting out the power my truck needs. They send me to the Jiffy Lube on Charleston and 95. They figure out that it is the wrong battery and the battery they sent me here for is the wrong one as well. Got up this morning to my truck not starting still. Waiting on the call to get the proper battery. I will say that I would still use Jiffy Lube I just strongly suggest not using this store in-particular. Hope they make it right and fix the other issues that this has caused. But I am blown away that I have had to deal with this. I have been late to work on 6 different occasions due to the truck not starting and having to wedge a shoe I between battery and engine to make the connection and start my truck. And who ever this manager is at this location should be fired or written up. This is how you loose customers. I basically paid $400 for you to sell me the wrong product and refuse to take the time to diagnose and fix the problem.
