  • Came to the place during early afternoon hours was pleased to find this office not over crowded and clean waiting area. The gentleman who called me back to take my payment was very friendly and explained our billing options. Once I was called back however I was triaged in the middle of the waiting area in front of other patients by an assistant of some kind ( she had short hair but failed to introduce herself ) she proceeded to ask me personal questions regarding my health issues even after I was clearly not comfortable answering her questions in front of three other patients! I was mortified to the point I was about to walk out of this place! I was called to the back by an ultrasound technician that was very friendly and who could see the stress in my face. She directed me to her room and explained to me step by step of what was going to happen. Only because of her I even gave this place stars! She made small talk and I thanked her for it because it definitely made me less anxious. I wish I got her name but she was comforting and professional.
