  • I normally don't come to yelp for my problems but this upset me to the core I trusted them to complete he said he had a team and they would start at 5 am which they supposedly did but idk if that really happen because he was ready to go by 8:00 and he was the only one there he said they moved on to the next house but how can a owner not look over ever detail and know that this is not completed. The way he cleaned didn't even look as if I would of got my deposit back. I told him I work 2 jobs and I'm tired that's why I'm hiring someone to do it for me. Even the maintenance guy came in after that and he said the missed a lot I'm not very happy with the move out specialist that he called himself because even though he was truly nice I'm upset with the customer service he didn't return any of my calls or even when I text him about stuff that wasn't completed even after I got the receipt he even put the wrong street address and never sent me a new one after I called him from a different number and he answered and promised he would. My house wasn't to the extreme like some but messy yes because we just moved out and there was stuff still everywhere. He did do a decent house cleaning but he forgot the shower and the laundry room cubord and they didn't wipe throughly in the kitchen drawers because if they would have they would have found that I forgot to pack all of my silverware and my spice container. I wish I would have know he wasn't going to complete the job otherwise I would of used a different company. I ended up paying another company another 100 dollars to complete what they couldn't have. He even seen me whiping out the fridge when he left and I'm sorry but if you don't clean up the appliances and wipe cubord a out and door jams and baseboards then it's definitely not a move out job. You can even see in the msgs that I was blocked because it went from iMessage to text messages and I wouldn't be writing this review if he would of been upfront and honest or even just apologize at the time but now I just don't want nobody else to have the same bad experience as i did
