  • What a nightmare! I've given spectrum a decent review in the past, but now that I've moved out and had to deal with the horror show they call the management team, I wouldn't recommend anyone live at spectrum. There are tons of better options in the south end. When I moved out my apartment was completely clean and they still charged me a cleaning fee. When in question their answer was, I needed to Pay for a professional cleaning service. Not only is that ethically wrong from the research that I've done it's also illegal. It makes a lot of sense why people are constantly moving out of spectrum.
