  • Walked in on a whim after leaving work early, I was really dressed down but that didn't effect Gillians professional customer service. Gillian greeted me and was immediately helpful in finding several options for me to consider. She was informative, non pushy and helped me put together a beautiful wedding band piece to give to my wife as an upgrade after nearly eighteen years of marriage. I found a ring and a beautiful diamond to mount on it and then the prefect band to accompany it. The in house jeweler was able to mount the piece and bond the two rings within a couple of hours.
