  • I'm giving it a 2 star solely on the friendly receptionist. Im just lost for words how you can have someone on your staff who obviously have not had enough training to perform not even a C standard. This is by far the WORST polish job I've ever received. I got polish all over my skin on EVERY single finger and cuticles and the edges were all uneven. I'm not a professional but I can guarantee I can do a better job than this. It's so ugly, I came home and removed it. I can't believe how much you charged me for this subpar service. I'm extremely disappointed and I will definitely not be returning. It's a huge waste of money!
