  • Where do I start?! Not the fanciest, cleanest store, but amazing customer service! My 7 yr old wanted 2 fish. Two betas to be exact. We all know how well 2 betas in a bowl get along, but my child is beyond persuasive & could most likely talk them into being bff's.. Maybe. Anyway, Sam, a stunning, smiley tattooed doll was incredible with my little munchkin! She bent down to her level & explained so sweetly all the ins & outs of beta life. She showed us all the pretty males but nope, my kiddo wanted to give a plain Jane girl a home so off we went picking out our fish & a cool 2 gallon circular tank to fit my budget & all the fun accessories without trying to break my bank! Fast forward, we got home, set it all up & a tiny piece was missing but they were closing in 5 min! I called & Taylor literally met us at the door even though they had closed with the piece so our tank masterpiece could be finished that night :) One other guy was also a big help, but I can't remember his name.. Sorry.. I'm writing this 2 months after the fact. Sam & Taylor were a fantastic help both times we came back to the store & they remembered us 2 months later! We will be back :)
