  • Pitbull Pest Control is now our new pest control company! We were really happy with their service and our technician Chance. For the last 10 yrs. we've been with another pest control company but they weren't reliable, our technician was rude and we were constantly having billing issues with them. We decided to give Pitbull a chance. We called them after we found 2 scorpions in our house. We've been in our home for 10 yrs. and have never seen a scorpion before. We have a toddler and 2 small dogs so we were pretty freaked out. Our technician, Chance, was polite and arrived early. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. I really appreciated that he explained what he was going to do and why before he did anything. He also asked before entering areas of our house. Our previous pest control company was not nearly as courteous. Chance was very knowledgable and experienced. He was surprised to hear we had scorpions because it was it still so cold out but explained that new construction and rain will bring them out of their hiding/hibernation spots. We have a lot of new construction going on in back of us and around our neighborhood and it had just rained both times we saw the scorpions. I think Pitbull's pricing is reasonable. I liked how they didn't try to sell us add ons and upgrades. We didn't feel pressured at all. They were honest and told us what we could realistically expect from our service. They even gave us tips about what we could do ourselves. We definitely recommend Pitbull Pest Control!
