| - I would like to add that I've not had this vehicle a little over a year and just learned that it was still covered under the 2nd owner KIA 5 year /60,000 mile WARRANTY. Something I would hope any dealership would divulge. The front left brake is metal to metal but none of the others, since this is only a 3 year old car something else is definitely going on, I will be visiting the KIA DEALERSHIP this afternoon so they can diagnose the problem. Purchased a 2015 Kia Soul at the end of December. We've had the car 7 months it's dead today, 2 windshield wipers are already splitting,(it's hardly rained) and it wouldn't start this morning. Called the dealership, since we're paying quite a bit for the car (including gap insurance), I was told to take it to the KIA dealer? We didn't get it there. We've had it for 7 months, the car should NOT already be dying. You would think they'd want to know what was going on as well. Took it in for them to test my battery (which is all they would do by the way) they confirmed that it was bad, didn't seem too concerned that 7 months into the purchase I was going to have to buy a new one. The man who helped me told me it would be more cost effective to buy a battery somewhere else and install it myself because the dealership would have to special order it and would hike up the price, plus charge me for labor. In the end, I bought a battery for my "new car" *at walmart. So much for customer service, it's becoming a true super power
