Just had my first session here with Lisa's primal class and it was one of the best work outs of my life. She uses the time incredibly efficiently to get a full body workout. I feel like I got plenty of cardio and muscle building in just one session. It was also fun because part of the class was outside, using the garage complex outside to run stairs and other activities.
Lisa was very friendly and spent extra time helping me with my form and explaining some of the routine.
I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow but I can't wait to come back and look forward to my new body for swimsuit season!
