  • I'm not leaving this review as a promise that this company can retrieve your wedding ring after you flush it down the toilet, however they will do everything in their power and they will not give up until they absolutely know it's gone. In my case, I accidentally flushed my ring down the toilet & called two other plumbers that would not even come out because they said it was long gone if it had been flushed. Andrew and Kyle and another one of their teammates came out and gave me realistic expectations, but told me they would do everything they could to try to get my ring. After almost 3 hours of thinking outside the box & trying everything imaginable, they recovered my ring for me. I cannot tell you what it meant to me that these guys TRIED & cared that this was a priceless item to me. They even told me finding my ring made their week. Thanks again, guys. I will NEVER forget this & I am never taking my ring off ever again! :)
