  • My sister loves Forever 21 so a lot of the time I am dragged by force to shop with her. The Galleria is her favorite and mine by far out of all the malls in Henderson and Las Vegas. The reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because we were treated like crap! So I swear this isn't one of those reviews where someone is overreacting to a misunderstanding! When I walked in I got the stink eye from this lady who was attending the shoe area. She looked at me as if I was a walking turd! I checked my clothes to see if I was dirty or something but tried to shrug it off. I am a pretty level headed person but this lady was really pissing me off. So my sister was trying on shoes and she fell in love with multiple pairs. When she was asking the lady for her size the lady would come back with a size too big or an old pair. She was socializing with other girls and giving them her undivided attention when they clearly stated they had no money and no intention on buying anything. She looked so eager to try to fit in with them that she just ignored my sister who is a paying customer. I felt the customer service was horrible and indeed she was a bit racist. She had made several comments to us saying if we were aware of the price and that she was not a Spanish speaker. Seriously what the French?? Overall the shoes were cute and we left with some goodies but I felt so mistreated...of course I didn't make a scene or anything because that's not me but I put this store on my list. It's not a good list and I'll just leave it at that.
