  • I can not even tell you how much I HATE Snow Frosty!! I have 2 AC units, one went out. They came out and started working on the wrong unit. I told them it was the other one. They refused to listen! They kept saying "We know what we are doing!" No matter what I said they didn't get it!! So they worked on the wrong one and promised both would work! Nope the temp just kept going up and up! I called to tell them and they said "Well it should be working fine" Told me it didn't matter that it was 82 and rising that it was fixed! So I finally convince them to come back to fix it and they (the owner included) told me they were going to work on the "big AC unit" which is the wrong unit!!! I tried to explain again that they had the wrong unit. He just kept laughing and smiling, shaking his head saying, "Ma'am you don't understand" He REFUSED to listen. So I started talking over him louder than he was talking over me and it got heated and he left. I'm not an idiot I know which parts of my house are hot and which parts are cool!! I think because I'm a woman they could not coneive I might be right!
