First of all, I don't rate this business at all but I have too. Yesterday was Mother's Day of course, and my husband had ordered me a Just Because Berry Box with some balloons and a teddy bear. But they only delivered the Just Because Berry Box. So I call the store and tell them they forgot the balloons and teddy bear that was suppose to come with the order my husband placed. And then she has the nerve to ask me if I still want it? Ummm... What do you think? My husband paid for it. She tells me ok we'll have that delivered. A couple hours go by, I call back at 5:30 pm and ask what time do you close because I'm still waiting for my balloons and teddy bear that wasn't delivered earlier with my order. She tells me oh, it's on it's way, they are just leaving the store. Two hours go by and nothing was delivered. And to top it off they were closed already. By this time I was really upset. Left a message for the manager to contact me in the morning when they open. Manager never called me so I ended up calling. Sad to say that the employees need to strengthen there customer service skills. Because to have an employee lie to you and tell you it's on it's way and never got delivered, it is really hurtful especially on Mother's Day. Overall the customer service was unacceptable and we will not be doing business here again.
