We decided to try French Grocery to see if they KNOW New Orleans cuisine ... Sorta. It's good! Don't get me wrong... But dark brown beignets is not what you'd ever see on the French Quarter streets. We both got Shrimp Po'boys and I have to say, it's the first one I've had here that I would order again, but it is FAR from Naw'lins. For some reason, restaurants here in the valley have no luck finding French Bread! Po'boy bread is crusty and airy.. Why is that so hard to find???
