  • The grounds are beautiful. Their is low income apartment space down the street but this place is really kept up. They have a lot of maintenance people to help with problems and the office staff is very friendly and nice. It is nice when I go in there that you will never have a problem with finding someone to help you. They are very well staffed. Some of the reviews I read were unfair as every apartment, hotel or condo can have the same problem with noisy neighbors, someone takes your parking space or have maintenance problems. I feel Renaissance Villas though does work to take care of the problems as they want to do the best for the apartment complex. I also love how they have get togethers and appreciation day for the tenants. Top notch employees doing their best
