Website says free estimate. Tech shows up and makes the repair "IN 5 MINUTES & NO PARTS) and says that will be $200. Then says it will be an extra $250 to fix it correctly with a new spring. I paid $350 3 years ago for this unit installed brand new 3 years ago. RIP OFF! I emphatically do NOT recommend this company. I suggest in the future if you want to charge someone $2400 per hour that you let them know before you come out, not after the fee is already due.
1) Charged $200 for 5 minutes of work when website clearly offers a free estimate. I would not have chosen to pay $200 for a 5 minute repair that did not include parts.
2) Website has a BBB A+ badge. BBB website shows NR, not A+ false advertising.
